WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
All of our deck framing is built with MicroPro Sienna lumber (AKA Brown pressure treated) which is a copper solution that is pressed into pine lumber giving it the properties to stand up to our harsh environmental conditions.
Finish materials we focus on a few select brands of Composite and PVC low maintenance decking aswell IPE (Brazillian hardwood) cedar and micropro

WHAT WARRANTY AND SAFETY MEASURES DO YOU HAVE TO PROTECT THE HOMEOWNER?
We offer a 2 year labour warranty aswell we work with suppliers to ensure any product warranties are upheld.
You will have peace of mind knowing that our employees are all covered and insured through WSIB and we carry a $2,000,000.00 Business Liability coverage so you will have no worries.
HOW MUCH WILL MY PROJECT COST?
We assess each project on an individual basis as they're often unique in their own way.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOTINGS WILL YOU USE FOR MY DECK?
We only use the best and most reliable footings on the market which are known as "Helical Piles". They're essentially a galvanized metal cork-screw that is driven into the ground on average 4 - 7 feet deep.
These engineered piles are structurally designed and will far exceed any working load requirements and out perform any concrete footing that often deteriorate or heave in our harsh climate.
